My name is Sarah Louise and I have a naturally empathetic and intuitive nature. Offering my customers a truly 'Holistic' service, I utilise my training and experience in Western and Eastern Health to support your individual needs. I love to help both adults and children. ( Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult )
Practising as a Holistic Therapist, and opening Source Natural Therapy has been a beautiful journey that I continue to enjoy and grow from every day.
I have always had an intrinsic need to help and be of service to others. Working originally in the Beauty industry as a salon therapist and then for myself, I decided to train as a Nurse after participating in some inspiring voluntary work with young people with Learning Disabilities.
During my training and consequent career as a community nurse in London (for Adults with Learning Disabilities) I became experienced in the complexities of maintaining good health and the effects of physical and emotional dis-ease. Developing my long-standing interest in natural healing and the human energy field, I studied and then began to practice many subjects in my spare time. These included Reiki, Reflexology, and more recently Rahanni Celestial healing. In 2015 I made the decision to leave the NHS, with the intention to readdress my work- life balance and be more present for my children. In August 2015 Source Natural Therapy was born !
Volunteering is another passion of mine, and for several years I worked regularly as a Holistic Therapist at my local (Keech) Hospice supporting patients with life-limiting and terminal illness. I also loved volunteering at the local community youth club where I worked for some time- helping to provide fun activities for 5-12 year old's.
The human being is composed of multiple aspects, all of which need to work in harmony to enable optimum health. Modern lives can put unbearable strain on the mind,body and soul. It was never meant to be like this .
I believe that we all know what is good for us, and some Holistic Therapy may just help us to remember.
